30 day Satisfaction Guarantee
Try one or two ToneStyler® controls in your bass or guitar for 30 days. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, return one or both ToneStylers to Stellartone® for prompt refund of the returned merchandise price, excluding shipping costs. Before shipping, please contact Stellartone and provide your Stellartone invoice number; all returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number, and must be returned to our customer returns address, which will be provided to you. Merchandise must be returned complete in its original packaging and in undamaged condition.
This guarantee applies exclusively to a maximum of two ToneStyler controls. Concurrent or subsequent purchases of additional controls are not eligible for refund under this satisfaction guarantee. Do not purchase more than two controls for convenience in evaluations and comparisons, as only two items are eligible for refund.
Buyer's product installation or removal costs, efforts, time, loss of use value, shipping expenses, duties, fees, taxes, or any other related expenses or considerations are not refundable or reimbursable. To prevent any risk of loss in return transit, ship all returns with insurance and proof of delivery. Stellartone is not responsible for returns which do not arrive for any reasons.
