Before shipping, please contact Stellartone and provide your Stellartone invoice number; all returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number. To prevent loss, please ship insured with tracking and proof of delivery. Merchandise must be returned complete in its original packaging and in undamaged condition. Shipping charges are not refundable.
