PayPal Customers:

Please contact Stellartone first with any questions or requests concerning your purchase, secure delivery, product approval, returns, exchanges and refunds. If you contact PayPal, the first question they will ask is, "Have you contacted the seller to resolve this issue?"

Your USPS Priority Mail shipment is insured & guaranteed. Delivery time is typically 3-4 business days. The USPS tracking link is emailed to you & posted to your PayPal transaction. Please alert us about any late delivery.

Your purchase is insured against all losses and damages. The USPS will never attempt to deliver a damaged, open, empty or unattended box. Stellartone will promptly credit or refund the purchaser for documented USPS losses.

Your 100% satisfaction is guaranteed for 30 days... NOT 180 days! Stellartone's 30-day no-risk no-questions-asked money-back policy satisfies PAYPAL'S BUYER PROTECTION requirement for returns and refunds. Extensions may be offered where appropriate. DO NOT wait two, four, six or more months before examining and approving your purchase! Unreasonably-long delays serve to release both Stellartone and PayPal from any obligation to authorize a return & refund. Products must be returned to Stellartone in undamaged condition; under no circumstances will refunds be paid by either PayPal or Stellartone in absence of buyer's proof of return.

Stellartone is committed to providing 100% customer satisfaction, and we will promptly resolve all legitimate buyer claims, accept returns, and issue refunds as described above; a PayPal claim is unnecessary. However, we also have a zero-tolerance fraud policy: unjustified or fraudulent attempts to receive refunds while retaining merchandise will be vigorously opposed. Stellartone has a perfect PayPal transaction history, and as such, PayPal will not approve or issue a chargeback simply upon the request or claim of a buyer. All chargeback claims will be formally-processed by PayPal in due course upon the date of submission. Waiting 180 days to file for a chargeback does not remove this requirement, or circumvent seller's participation in resolving a chargeback claim. PayPal will conduct an independent review of seller's complete transaction records, which will be provided in defense of any fraudulent chargeback attempt. Chargebacks are never authorized by PayPal without comprehensive prior review of seller's correspondence with the buyer before and after the sale, the transaction records, and the independent verification of USPS proof of delivery. To reduce the costs of fraudulent chargeback processing, a buyer's history of chargeback attempts are now used by PayPal as justification for account cancellation.
