United States Postal Money Order Customers:

Please contact Stellartone first with any questions or requests concerning your purchase, secure delivery, product approval, returns, exchanges and refunds. If you contact the USPS, the first question they will ask is, "Have you contacted the seller to resolve this issue?"

Your USPS Priority Mail shipment is insured & guaranteed. Delivery time is typically 3-4 business days. The USPS tracking link is emailed to you, and is printed on your purchase receipt. Please alert us about any late delivery.

Your purchase is insured against all losses and damages. The USPS will never attempt to deliver a damaged, open, empty or unattended box. Stellartone will promptly credit or refund the purchaser for documented USPS losses.

Your 100% satisfaction is guaranteed for 30 days... NOT 180 days! Stellartone's 30-day no-risk no-questions-asked money-back policy satisfies the USPS's requirement for postal commerce. Extensions may be offered where appropriate. DO NOT wait two, four, six or more months before examining and approving your purchase! Unreasonably-long delays serve to release both Stellartone and the USPS from any obligation to authorize a return & refund. Products must be returned to Stellartone in undamaged condition; under no circumstances will refunds be paid in absence of buyer's proof of return.

Stellartone is committed to providing 100% customer satisfaction, and we will promptly resolve all legitimate buyer claims, accept returns, and issue refunds as described above; a USPS loss claim is unnecessary. However, we also have a zero-tolerance fraud policy: unjustified or fraudulent attempts to receive refunds while retaining merchandise will be vigorously opposed. Stellartone will not approve or issue refunds simply upon the request or claim of a buyer. All refund claims will be formally-processed in due course upon the date of submission. Waiting 180 days to file a USPS loss claim does not remove this requirement, or circumvent seller's participation in resolving a dispute. Seller's complete transaction records and proof of delivery will be provided to the USPS in defense of any fraudulent loss claim. Thank you for your consideration of these important issues!
