All paid orders are shipped out daily (Monday through Thursday) when received before the 2:00pm Pacific Time UPS deadline.

No shipping & handling charges or mark-ups are added; only the actual UPS fee to your address will be billed on your sales receipt.
Orders of two or more ToneStylers receive Free UPS Ground shipping; the UPS Ground estimate shown on your initial order confirmation will be deleted before your order is processed.
Estimating your delivery time via UPS Ground:
Based primarily upon your distance from Oregon, UPS Ground takes between two and six business days, always excluding Saturdays, Sundays & holidays. Depending upon the weekday of your order and the distance, there is often one weekend included, which then adds two non-business days to the total time in transit. You may be able to avoid waiting over the weekend either by ordering early in the week, or by choosing the faster 2 or 3 day UPS rates. Once your order is in transit, you'll receive an automated tracking link via eMail from UPS; just click the link for your exact delivery date & time.
Stellartone ships exclusively via UPS; we do not mail via the U.S. Post Office. Please provide a suitable physical address (not a PO Box) to receive your UPS package. Unattended delivery of our insured UPS parcel is at the discretion of your local UPS driver, as your signature is not required for delivery.
